The hotel offers clean and nice rooms, though the strict one-pillow rule may be a downside. The service is friendly and helpful, with fantastic housekeeping efficiency. The location is good, a bit quieter than other areas but close to the JR station. The dining options are average, with both Western and Japanese cuisine. The facilities are satisfactory overall.
